Shahrukh, CTO of XanaduTec, is responsible for guiding the selection of technology, equipments and softwares used by XanaduTec. A Masters degree holder in IT management and currently pursuing his MBA in international business, he brings over 9 years of leadership and hands-on development experience in the software industry.
Prior to joining Xanadutec Shahrukh has held senior level management positions in Research and Development, Technical Support, Quality Assurance, Training and Consulting disciplines. |

Sanjay Ubale Project Leader in Xanadutec, Pune. He holds a masters degree in IT management. He has over 7 year of experience in the IT industry. His experience includes project management, Database administration, web site development and has been with Xanadutec since 2004 . He has created the medical transcription platform and our first product “CUBE”. |

Murugu started his venture in XanaduTec as an Editor cum Unit Coordinator and was promoted as Editor Cum Office Administrator later and now is the Production Manager – Outsource. Earlier to XanaduTec he has successfully worked in a similar capacity and have mastered the process of Vendor Management at various levels He holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce.
He has also played a very important role as an administrator for XanaduTec Bangalore earlier. Currently his operations include pooling in HBTs and vendors from various parts of India preferably South India, screening and selecting, successfully outsourcing and executing the to the respective vendors as per the set standards of XanaduTec, regular QAing the files to keep the quality at par, providing updates/feedbacks from clients to the vendors, regular surprise visits to the vendors place, adding more clients to the vendors and to keep going to achieve the final goal. |

Madhavi Vaidya, is Unit Head & QA- MT, Pune, XanaduTec Ltd. She is a Bachelor of Science (Physics) and holds an Advanced Diploma in Computer Science and System Analysis. She has an experience of 10 years in Medical Transcription field, having taken formal training and worked in various companies before joining XanaduTec Ltd.
She has worked on all the speciality clients and with her expertise has led this company forward by leaps and bounds. She is responsible for communicating with the clients on one-to-one basis in order to meet client requirements and expectations. She has headed the Pune Head Office Medical Transcription Unit successfully for the last four years. |

Prior to Xanadutec, he has more than 5 Years of experience in Data Processing for various nationalized banks. He joined Xanadutec as a Data Processing Operator and have been processing the offline Invoice processing works which are outsourced from UK clients. He was promoted as a Team Leader to handle more than 10 member team with two different projects till November 2006. In December 2006 Xanadutec decided to commence the data processing operations in Bangalore, which can serve as a catalyst for business value enhancement and assigned him the responsibility as the Centre Production Head to start the offline and online processes. Then he was relocated to Bangalore from Pune during the same time to accelerate the process of starting the operations there. |
