We started our Data processing in 2001 with United Kingdom processes like – Supplier Invoice Processing, Accounts Payable & Key from Images (Invoices) with a team of 10-15
Within 6 Months we had further tied up with a United States client with an account for end-to-end Processes like Dental Insurance Claim forms, Loyalty Card Processes and Health Insurance Forms Processing.
The Data processing department’s journey from 10-15 to 200 people includes several processes like:-
Final Quality Control, Statistical Quality Management, Health Insurance Forms Processing, Supplier Invoice Processing, Accounts Payable, Loyalty Card Processes, Quality Assurance, E-Publishing, Document Management & “Release of Information (ROI) – Mobile, Onsite or Remote”, Property Invoice Processing, Property Plan Drawing & many other.
As the Process Manager I can say that Xanadutec uses a well laid out process flow and maintains quality using checks and balances. The entire team is trained and retrained every month and all projects are tracked down to the last detail
I would like to give credit for the success of this Xandutec’s Journey to the entire team, past and present.
The journey still continues & the consistent efforts of the team are will continue to enhance our processes and streamline our operations.
